Documents Required

To complete your child’s registration, please prepare the following:

FOR SINGAPOREAN CITIZENS

1. A copy of your child’s Singapore Birth Certificate

2. NRIC’s of both parents

3. Health Booklet / Vaccination Record showing completion of the required MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) and DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis & Tetanus) vaccinations in accordance with Singapore’s National Childhood Immunisation Schedule.

4. CDA account details (Letter/Statement) together with the bank account number for GIRO setup.

5. NRIC of the legal guardian (if applicable)

Please note: Depending on your child’s enrolment circumstances, the centre may request additional documents or information to complete the registration process.

FOR FOREIGNERS

1. Child’s Passport, Visit Pass or Dependant’s Pass

2. Child’s Birth Certificate

3. NRIC, Dependant’s Pass, or Passport of Both Parents

4. Health Booklet / Vaccination Record showing completion of the required MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) and DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis & Tetanus) vaccinations in accordance with Singapore’s National Childhood Immunisation Schedule.

5. Bank account details for GIRO payment arrangement.

6. NRIC of the legal guardian (if applicable)

Please note: If your child does not hold a valid Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), Dependant’s Pass (DP), or Immigration Exemption Order (IEO), our centre will assist with the application for a Student’s Pass. Please note that all applications are subject to assessment and approval by the ICA.
